How to Participate

When you subscribe to the Dead Northern mailing list for our email newsletter, you may be given the option to enter competitions. You can opt out of competitions at any time without affecting your subscription. Additionally, subscribing to the newsletter may entitle you to discounts and special offers on Dead Northern events and merchandise, along with exclusive discounts and offers from our partners.

Entry into competitions is not a condition of subscribing.

Participation in our prize draws and competitions is free of charge, and no purchase is required.

Dead Northern is not responsible for entries that are lost, misplaced, damaged, or delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to postal failures, equipment malfunctions, technical glitches, system errors, satellite issues, network failures, or server problems. However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure all valid entries are processed fairly.

Agreement and Eligibility

• Dead Northern reserves the right to reject entries or withhold prizes from individuals found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Unless otherwise specified, our prize draws and competitions are open to all participants except Dead Northern employees, their families, agents, or any third parties directly involved in administering the competition.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Each participant is allowed only one entry per competition.
• By participating, you confirm your eligibility to enter and claim any potential prize. Dead Northern reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, such as age verification. Any data collected for eligibility verification will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Draw Procedures

• Winners will be selected via a random computerised draw within one month after the prize draw or competition closes.
• The winner will be contacted with full prize details.
• Winners will be notified via email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 7 days of selection. They must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
• If a winner fails to respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and Dead Northern may select an alternate winner following the same process.

International Winners

• Dead Northern will cover standard shipping costs, but winners may be required to cover customs or import duties based on their country's regulations.
• If additional shipping fees apply, these will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

Prizes and Disclaimers

• Prizes will be dispatched to winners within 14 days of receiving their confirmed postal address.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. However, Dead Northern reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
• Dead Northern's decision is final regarding any aspect of the competition. No correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity and Data Protection

• Dead Northern is committed to protecting your privacy and will process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By participating, you agree that Dead Northern and its agents or suppliers may use your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
• Winners may be asked if they wish to participate in publicity (such as sharing their name or photo). Participation in publicity is optional and not a condition of entry.

Legal Matters

• All prize draws and competitions are subject to English law, and entrants agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
• Dead Northern reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
• Any changes will not affect entrants who have already submitted, unless required by law.
• Dead Northern, its agents, or distributors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from acceptance of the prize, except where caused by Dead Northern's negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Dead Northern retains the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any revisions will take effect upon publication on our website.
